Each 1 ml (930 mg) contains:
Ahiflower® (Buglossoides arvensis) oil, providing:
Alpha-Linolenic acid (42.0%) 390 mg
Stearidonic acid (17.0%) 158 mg
Gamma-Linolenic acid (4.5%) 42 mg
NON‑MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate.

Adults: Take 1-2 ml once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
