Special Notice: Temporary Changes to Shipping Due to Canada Post Strike
- PO Boxes: Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes for the UPS shipping services.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your orders are delivered as smoothly as possible.
Shipping Delays Notice
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike and the increased burden on other carriers, orders may face additional delays that are beyond our control.
Additionally, this may result in longer processing times for orders as we work to manage the increased volume and accommodate all customers. We are doing our very best to ensure that orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Thresholds (Canada)

- Free standard Canada Post shipping for orders over $125
- Standard shipping rate for Canada Post: $12.50
Please allow 1-7 business days for order processing in addition to the estimated shipping time of 1-7 business days for orders shipping with UPS/Purolator.
No International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping to addresses within Canada.
Order Processing and Tracking
Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking number to show updates.
Holidays and Closures
We are closed on all major holidays. Orders placed on these days or during holiday closures will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Confirmation & Liability Disclaimer
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may involve your package being left at your designated address (including front door, porch, or lobby area) if no one is available to receive it. Once our shipping carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after confirmed delivery. If you prefer alternative delivery arrangements requiring a signature, please contact us before placing your order.
Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries
Orders that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery will not be refunded. The Organic Compounding Pharmacy is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been confirmed by tracking history or other information. The customer is responsible for the loss or damage of the items.
Order Acceptance and Delays
The Organic Compounding Pharmacy may elect not to accept an order if, in The Organic Compounding Pharmacy judgment, the company will be unable to meet the requested delivery date or fill the requested quantity or type of goods offered. The company may also elect not to accept an order, or may delay shipment or cancel an accepted order without consequence.
Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
In cases of events beyond our control (such as acts of God, casualty, labor trouble, accidents, buyer's actions, or unavailability of supplies or transportation), the estimated delivery time may be extended accordingly. The Organic Compounding Pharmacy shall not be liable to the buyer for any damages caused by such delays.
Goods Inspection upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the buyer shall immediately carry out a proper check of the goods supplied before the use of goods and shall not at a later date claim defects that should have been discovered prior.
Backorders and Out of Stock Items
While we strive to maintain inventory for every product, occasional stockouts may occur. Backordered items will be marked as such and shipped as soon as they become available. If an item you ordered is on backorder or out of stock and is not marked as such on the website, you will be contacted via the email address provided. Various options will be presented to accommodate your order.
