Recommended Dose
Adults: Take one to two capsules daily immediately before or with a meal or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If necessary, capsules may be opened and sprinkled over food. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.

Caution
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; have diabetes, gallstones or gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers; are taking an anticoagulant, a blood thinner, an anti-inflammatory or an antibiotic; are having surgery; or have an allergy to latex or fruits. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or become worse.
If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, heartburn, bloating or hypersensitivity/allergy occur, discontinue use. Do not use if tamper seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
