Each vegetable capsule contains:
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone-10) (from fermentation) 100 mg

Other ingredients: Pea protein, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule two or three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
