- Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), also known as golden root or Arctic root, is a perennial plant native to the colder regions of Europe and Asia. It has been used for centuries to enhance physical and mental endurance, reduce fatigue, and combat stress.
- Used as an adaptogen to help relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness.
- Helps support cognitive function such as mental focus and mental stamina.

Who It’s For: Adults ages 18 and over

Medicinal Ingredients:
150 mg per capsule: Dried Organic Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, root;1-6% rosavins)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose (vegicap), Rice Hulls powder, Organic maltodextrin – Alcohol Free

Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily on an empty stomach. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking antidepressant medication; if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. Contraindications:
