Who It’s For: Adults 18 years and older.

Medicinal Ingredients:
100 mg per capsule: A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 500 mg of dried Certified Organic Chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus, fruit)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose (vegicap), Rice Hulls powder, Organic maltodextrin (Alcohol Free)

Dosage: Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule, 2 times daily, with a little water.

Duration of Use: Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial results.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or attempting to conceive unless you have consulted with a health care practitioner.
