Medicinal Ingredients:
Certified Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, tops)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water, Certified Organic alcohol, Certified Organic vegetable glycerine

Dosage:
Adults: Take 2.4-4.8 mL (72-144 drops) in a little water before meals, 3 times daily.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist or before use if you are breastfeeding.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
