Zinc Chewables are designed to support the body's natural defence system as well as the metabolism of important vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients.

Medicinal Ingredients (per tablet):
Zinc (zinc citrate) .......................... . 10 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate)................. . 12 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Xylitol, mannitol, natural orange flavour with other natural flavours, hyprolose, citric acid

Recommended Use: Helps support immune system. Helps to maintain healthy bones, hair, nails and skin.

Recommended Dose: Adults and Adolescents (14 years and older): Chew 1 tablet 1-3 times daily. Adolescents (9-13 years): Chew 1 tablet 1-2 times daily. Children (4-8 years): Chew 1 tablet daily. Take with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Warning: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper.
