Recommended Use:
Helps temporarily relieve acute muscle & joint pain and soreness, including exercise-induced pain in the lower back, and the intensity of menstrual cramp pain.

Recommended Dose:
Take two softgels 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Each softgel contains:
Black sesame (Sesamum indicum) seed oil: 310 mg
Curcuminoids (from Curcuma longa rhizome):130 mg
Indian Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) gum oleoresin extract: 50 mg (standardized to 5 mg 3-Acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Gelatin, glycerin, water, and turmeric.
