Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 100 mg
Calcium (calcium citrate) 20 mg


Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Adults take 4 tablets daily before or after taking other medications, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
