Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root extract standardized to 25% glycyrrhizic acid 300 mg
A 4:1 decoction of: 250 mg

Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa) (root),Chinese Yam (
Dioscorea oppositifolia) (root)

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 15:1 root extract equivalent to 750 mg of ashwagandha 50 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 2 tablets 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution:
Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, if symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
