Adults take 2 capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Caution:
Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney stones, a liver disorder, or an iron deficiency. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/ eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating nausea, unusual tiredness and or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
