Recommended Dose: Adults blend, shake, briskly stir 2 level tablespoons (15 g) with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of juice per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution: Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting.
