Take 1 capsule, 1-3 times a day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomitting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain.
Consult a health care practitioner and discontinue use if symptoms of digestive upset (eg. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days.
