Each vegetable capsule contains:
Organic Maca (Lepidium meyenii) powder, providing 0.4% macamides and macaenes 750 mg
NON‑MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
