Suggested Use
Adults: Take 3 capsules twice daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications or natural health products, take this product a few hours before or after them. Do not take with highly acidic foods (e.g. citrus fruits or juice) or medication which may acidify urine.
Duration of use: Not for prolonged use. Use for up to 7 days.

Cautions and warnings: For adult use only. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, fever, painful urination (dysuria), spasms, or blood in urine. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Contraindications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding or if you have been diagnosed with a kidney disorder.
Known adverse reactions: May cause discoloured urine. If nausea or vomiting occur, discontinue use.
