St. Francis Herb Farm Hops

- Traditionally used to relieve tension

Medicinal Ingredients:
Certified Organic Hops (Humulus lupulus, ripe strobile)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water, certified organic alcohol

Dosage:
Adults and Adolescents 12 and over: Take 2 mL (60 drops) one hour before bedtime in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking barbiturates, sedative drugs, and/or other herbs with sedative properties; if you have depression and/or related diseases.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
