Sage (Salvia officinalis)
 5.5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 412.5 mg of sage 75 mg
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
 5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 250 mg of lemon balm 50 mg

Adults take 1 softgel 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a seizure disorder. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
