Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy products, yeast, citrus fruit, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, starch or sugar.

Each vegetable capsule contains: Magnesium l-Threonate 625 mg
Supplying: Elemental magnesium 50 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
