Gluterase contains Tolerase G. Tolerase G is an agonist in that it tends to digest gluten like DPP-IV. They work in different areas as Tolerase G is an endopeptidase and DPP-IV is an exopeptidase. Same result at the end of the day.

Gluterase™ was designed to provide digestive support for those with gluten intolerance or sensitivity. Gluterase™ provides specific nutrients shown to help digest and inactivate gluten, and at the same time support gastric health and efficacy.

Gluterase™ is not intended to replace a gluten-free diet. It is designed for consumption along with a gluten-free diet and is best taken at the start of a meal that may contain hidden gluten.
