Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hyprolose, croscarmellose sodium, ascorbyl palmitate, sunflower lecithin, carnauba wax, silica, hypromellose, glycerin

Recommended Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
