Calcium (calcium citrate) 200 mg
Magnesium (magnesium oxide) 150 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose:Adults take one tablet 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
