Calcium citrate 300 mg
Magnesium aspartate 60 mg in a ratio of five parts to one (per 6 tablets) together with the vegetable culture antioxidant enzymes SOD and catalase

2-3 tablets three times daily on an empty stomach or as directed.


Increase to 3-6 tablets per hour until issue begins to abate, then reduce accordingly.
