Much like zinc, vitamin C is commonly used as a stand-alone treatment to reduce the severity and duration of the common cold. In spite of its utter importance for optimal health, the human body cannot synthesize vitamin C and dietary sources are required to maintain adequate levels. Directions:Adults - Take 1 capsule per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
