Directions for Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Avoid taking before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions:
Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, or if you are taking antidepressant medications, sulfonamides, blood thinners or digoxin, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications:
Stop use if you experience hypersensitivity, irritability, insomnia, anxiety, or headaches.
