Recommended Dose
Adults: Take one to three capsules one to three times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have kidney stones. Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.
