Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have kidney stones. Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
