Directions & Usage
ADULTS: Take 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Caution
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use:
To exclude the diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance; if you are attempting to conceive; or if you have symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations).
If you have a liver disorder or an iron deficiency, have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, or if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid.
If you are taking medications or natural health products including antiplatelet medication or blood thinners or hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy or if you are taking prescription medications as resveratrol as it may alter the effectiveness of these medications.
Ensure you are up-to-date on gynecological exams prior to use of this product and during continued prolonged use.
Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if
symptoms persist or worsen or if you develop symptoms of low estrogen (see above) or of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
Contra-Indications:
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or attempting to conceive unless you have consulted with a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician.
Storage
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Do not use if tamper seal is broken or missing.
