Who It’s For: Adults Use For: if you’re suffering from restlessness or having trouble sleeping on account of mental stress. How It Works: A beautiful climbing plant that was introduced to Europe from the Americas by the Spanish in the 16th century, passion flower was found especially useful by the Eclectic physicians of the late 19th and early 20th centuries for insomnia and restlessness and remains highly prized for its sedative properties.

Medicinal Ingredients: 300 mg per capsule. A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 1500 mg of dried Certified Organic Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata, herb top) Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), certified organic maltodextrin - Alcohol free

Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep aid, full daily dose can be taken at bedtime. Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist.
