Saccharomyces boulardii is a beneficial, non-pathogenic, non-colonizing species of yeast. It has been clinically recognized for its effectiveness in reducing the symptoms of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Saccharomyces boulardii significantly reduces both the risk and the duration of diarrhea. Saccharomyces boulardii is unique to other probiotics due to its versatility and resilience, specifically its shelf-stable nature, resistance to the gastric environment’s low pH, and enterocyte protection.

AOR’s Saccharomyces Boulardii is an excellent companion for those traveling abroad, is helpful for those experiencing antibiotic-associated diarrhea or acute diarrhea, or for anyone who has been hospitalized and treated with antibiotics.
