D‑Ribose is a naturally occurring sugar produced by the body that plays a key role in energy metabolism. It’s a building block for RNA and ATP, the body’s primary energy carriers. Muscle cells–including heart muscle–require a steady supply of D‑ribose to maintain optimal energy levels.
AOR’s Ribogen Mg combines D‑Ribose with Magnesium and is indicated to support energy production, maintain performance and promote endurance during extended (greater than 60 minutes), high‑intensity exercise. It can be an excellent pre‑workout option to support electrolyte balance and for recovery.
Unlike traditional carbohydrates, D‑ribose is a fast‑absorbing sugar that does not cause a significant insulin response. It behaves differently from standard energy sources and produces minimal impact on blood glucose levels.
Although the body naturally produces D‑ribose, supplemental D‑ribose is sometimes used to support recovery following intense exercise, as the body’s natural production may not be sufficient to meet periods of high energy demand.

Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – For proper muscle function and good health, take one to four scoops daily, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. For workout support, energy and endurance in high-intensity exercise take three to four scoops daily. Mix product well in one to two cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take with or without food. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
