Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule two times per day. Avoid taking before bedtime. Do not crush, blend or mix capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Do not use if you have bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia.
