Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule three times daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have diabetes. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headaches, dizziness and/or confusion, stop use and consult a health care practitioner as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar.
