Each non-GMO vegetable capsule contains:
Shiitake extract (Lentinula edodes), 40% polysaccharides providing 25% beta-glucans 300 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate in a vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. To avoid digestive upset, take with food/a meal.
