Contains no
Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Quercetin 500 mg
Bromelain (Ananas comosus), 2400 GDU/g [3,600,000 FCC PU] 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food in divided doses or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
