AOR Maxi Boz II

Maxi Boz II is a standardized, high dose extract of the resin of Boswellia serrata. Also known as Indian Frankincense, Boswellia serrata is a botanical with a long history of use in Ayurveda, the ancient medicine system of India. It has been traditionally used to relieve inflammation, particularly of the joints. Studies have shown that boswellia reduces inflammation and pain in osteoarthritis.

Supplementation with boswellia extract has even been shown to prevent the degradation of glycosaminoglycan, one of the major components of cartilage.

Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects. Do not mix, crush or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole.

Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal effects such as diarrhea, abdominal pain/cramps, nausea, heartburn and vomiting, or hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy); in which case, discontinue use.
