Adult Dosage
Adults (19 years and over) – Take one capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions
Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt substitutes. Some people may experience diarrhea.
