Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) is one of the most revered and widely used plants in traditional Ayurveda, the medicine of ancient India, and is the ideal supplement for those facing constant stress and fatigue. Also known as Indian ginseng, it is considered a rejuvenative tonic, supporting energy and vitality. Gandha-600 is an extract of ashwagandha, properly standardized for its two main medicinal components: withanolide and sitoindoside.

Stress, especially chronic stress, can lead to the development of digestive issues, vitamin C depletion, adrenal exhaustion, decreased libido and sexual function, poor physical endurance and increased weariness.

Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If vomiting, nausea, constipation, abdominal pain, or diarrhea occur discontinue use. This product contains corn.
