Thiamin (thiamin mononitrate) 25 mg
Vitamin B6(pyridoxine HCl) 25 mg
Manganese (manganese citrate) 2.5 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
