Adult Dosage
FOR ADULT USE ONLY. Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have diabetes. Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache. This product contains corn.
