Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – Take two softgels twice daily for the first two months, followed by one softgel twice daily for the next four months, take with a fat-containing meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond six months or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains soy and shellfish derived ingredients, do not use if you have such allergies.
